Information we collect.
When you contact us by phone, email, or the case-inquiry form, we collect the information you provide — typically your name, contact details, the state where the incident occurred, the nature of your injury, and any facts you choose to share about the matter.
When you visit the website, our servers automatically collect standard technical data: IP address, browser type, device type, pages viewed, and approximate location derived from your IP. If you decline analytics cookies, we collect only what is necessary to operate the site.
How we use it.
Information you provide through the case-inquiry form is used solely to evaluate whether the firm can represent you. We do not sell, rent, or share inquiry data with third-party marketers.
Aggregated technical data is used to maintain site security, troubleshoot errors, and understand how visitors use the site so we can improve it.
Confidentiality of case inquiries.
All case inquiries are treated as confidential. Submitting the inquiry form does not create an attorney-client relationship — that relationship is created only by a written representation agreement signed by both parties. Until that agreement is signed, please do not send time-sensitive documents or evidence.
Inquiries that do not become engagements are retained only for the period necessary to confirm the firm is not later conflicted out, and then deleted or anonymized.
Cookies and analytics.
We use essential cookies required for the site to function. With your consent, we also use analytics cookies to understand traffic patterns. You can decline analytics cookies through the banner shown on first visit or by clearing your browser storage.
We do not use cookies for behavioral advertising. We do not engage in cross-site tracking.
Your rights.
Depending on the state in which you reside, you may have the right to request access to the personal information we hold about you, to request correction or deletion, to opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information (we do not sell or share), and to be free from discrimination for exercising these rights.
To exercise any of these rights, email contact@natinjurylawyers.com with the subject line "Privacy Request." We will verify your identity before responding and reply within thirty days.
Children's privacy.
This site is not directed to children under thirteen. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under thirteen. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, contact us and we will delete it.
Changes to this policy.
We may update this policy from time to time. The date at the top reflects the most recent revision. Material changes will be noted on the home page for thirty days following the change.
